McCormick Is Hiring Drivers Throughout the Southeast and the Indiana-Ohio-New York Corridor

McCormick Trucking has launched an updated version of its corporate website, www.drivemccormick.com, redesigned to be mobile-friendly across all devices, including tablets and smartphones. In conjunction with the launch, McCormick is mounting a comprehensive social media campaign to attract new drivers.

“We wanted to set the bar for trucking companies in our class,” said founder and president Bob McCormick.” This upgraded site is another example of our commitment to improving and enhancing our drivers’ overall experience.”

Key features of the new site include a modernized design, simplified navigation, faster speeds and anytime-anywhere access to needed documents and timely information. In response to driver feedback, the new McCormick site features a downloadable Quick Application that allows potential new hires to apply quickly and easily, even through mobile devices.

Like the rest of the site, the online application page incorporates current best practices and introduces a dynamic content-management system that will allow for continued enhancements to serve employees.

The new McCormick site is being launched in conjunction with the implementation of a comprehensive social media campaign that includes a new or upgraded presence on a variety of platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Google. The launch was months in the making and comes on the heels of McCormick’s implementation of the most comprehensive driver-safety program in the company’s history.

“We have a great story to tell,” said McCormick. “We have one of the highest driver-retention rates in our industry, among other reasons because we offer a very stable and driver-friendly environment with lots of home time. In today’s highly competitive market, it was incumbent on us to really get the word out about all the things we do at McCormick.”
